With 20+ years of Environmental Management experience, Debbie has extensive knowledge in the environmental planning and execution of Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission line projects, specifically those governed by federal and state regulatory requirements such as the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). Debbie’s skill set includes multidisciplinary environmental management; strategic and technical environmental planning; federal and state regulatory compliance; and project mitigation management. Debbie’s professional resume includes the environmental management of numerous EHV transmission line projects throughout the US to include those involving helicopter-aided construction, remote / limited access management, and mitigation of protected environmental resources.
Prior to entering the environmental field, Debbie was a proud member of the United States Airforce. During her time in the service, Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Wayland Baptist University followed by a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
