Spartan Infrastructure, Inc. (“Spartan”,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to employing technology to help preserve individual privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect when you visit (the “Site”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  If you do not agree with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect from end users, such as you, when using the Site.  

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information about you, meaning information that can uniquely identify you (your name, email address, and phone number), and non-personal information or information that does not uniquely identify you (your job title, company name, the number of employees at your company, and state), directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when using the Site or contact Spartan using an online contact form.

Information We Share

We may disclose non-personal information about our users without restriction. We may disclose personal information to:

  • contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;

  • comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
  • enforce our rights arising from any agreements between Spartan and our customers; and/or

We offer you the following choices about the information we collect from you and how we communicate with you:

Cookies: Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies.  Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all of the Site’s features.

Marketing Emails: If we have sent you a marketing email, you may choose not to receive subsequent marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such email.

Web Analytics: You may opt-out of the aggregation and analysis of data collected about you by our web analytics vendor by visiting and downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Spartan uses industry standard security techniques including firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, and monitoring in an effort to protect personal information under our control.  After a user logs into his/her account on the Site, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect web sessions using both server authentication and data encryption in an effort to keep data safe and secure.

The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you.  If applicable, each user using the Site may be given a unique username and a private password.  If you have an account, we require you to change your password on a regular basis, and you are prohibited from divulging your password to other individuals.

We endeavor to protect personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, however we cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place will never be defeated or fail, or that such measures will always be sufficient or effective.  For the avoidance of doubt, WE expressly disclaim any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to ensuring, guaranteeing or otherwise offering any definitive promise of security in connection with your PERSONAL Information.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  To make such a request, please contact as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Spartan reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time.  If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will notify (by posting on the Site or other notification method) that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy.  In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use.  The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is at the top of this page.  You are responsible for periodically reviewing this Privacy Policy to check for any updates or changes.

Application of United States Laws

Our Site is based on computers located in the United States.  Your personal information will be used and stored in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may differ from the level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as in Mexico, Canada, and the European Union.  If any part of the Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Privacy Policy shall continue in force and effect.
