Chief Financial Officer
As Spartan’s Chief Financial Officer, Andreas’ responsibilities include oversight for Finance & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Information Technology, and Global Supply Chain.
Prior to joining Spartan, Andreas has spent nearly two decades working in the global technology and manufacturing industry where he held a multitude of roles. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance & IT and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Isola Group where he was involved in major strategic and operational activities across the organization. Andreas managed 70 employees on three continents. Since 1999, Andreas has worked on buy- and sell-side M&A deals with strategic and financial investors, such as TPG, Oaktree Capital, and Cerberus Capital Management.
Andreas completed the Private Equity executive education program at The Wharton School, earned his Executive MBA in Global Management, with distinction, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Business Administration with a double major in finance and accounting from the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, Germany.
