With 20 years of project execution and contract experience, Alana has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous landmark transmission projects throughout the continental United States. Ms. McGillivray’s responsibilities include Owner interface starting at design stages through construction and energization. In her role as Senior Contract Administrator, Ms. McGillivray is a vital part of day-to-day operations providing project administrative compliance through daily coordination with all teams to include engineering, helicopter operations, QA, safety, environmental, and construction. Her attention to detail, and in-depth industry-specific knowledge, ensures all contract and document control procedures are implemented to include version control of design documents and plans, weekly and monthly reporting, management of communication records, QA documentation, and invoicing.
