Joe is a journeyman lineman with over 30+ years of transmission line construction and management experience. His expertise includes the strategic development of highly technical construction plans designed to meet complex construction schedules, varying terrain types, and challenging environmental constraints. Joe has assembled teams of up to 180 individuals and has overseen a variety of construction services to include civil access road and pad site construction, foundations, tower assembly and erection, wire-stringing, reclamation, and support services such as maintenance teams and heavy hauls. Joe’s working resume includes maintenance and upgrade of transmission and fiber optic systems including several projects throughout the continental United States involving extensive use of heavy lift and support helicopters.
Joe has overseen construction on some of the most technically challenging transmission line projects throughout the US.
