As the founding principal of Force Capital Partners (FCP), the majority owner of Spartan Infrastructure, Mr. Maslonka is continuing his multi-decade history of successful investments in the Energy Delivery sector by providing the leadership and capital required to execute the company’s strategic objectives.
FCP acted in a similar capacity for its previous investments in EPC contractors, which included delivering several of the most significant 345-500kV Transmission EPC (Engineer, Procure, and Construct) programs of the 21st century including the Path 15 500kV System in California, PacifiCorp’s Gateway program in the Intermountain West, U.S. Department of Energy/BPA’s 500kV Infrastructure Program in the Northwest, Arizona Public Service’s North Valley 500kV expansion and LCRA’s West Texas 345kV development for the integration of renewables.
