Scope of Work
Spartan mobilized critical personnel and equipment to provide wire installation services on the 34-mile Solstice to Bakersfield Double Circuit 345kV Transmission Line Project. Working within a compressed schedule, Spartan’s transmission line crews utilized specialized equipment and tooling to accelerate the installation of the double circuit, two-bundle 1590 Lapwing 345kV conductor.
